"I love the way these colours, shapes and textures come together in nature. There's something about the combination that feels so distinctly Australian to me.
The eucalyptus nuts in full bloom, the delicate leaves and all those little details create a composition that is busy but somehow still feels harmonious. And then there are the bees, happily feasting among the flowers - they bring the whole scene to life.
I wanted to capture that feeling of being surrounded by richness of our Australian bushland, where everything seems to have its place and somehow works together."
